Cancellation with a full refund will be permitted up to 5 days prior to
your party date.

If a cancelation notification is received less than 48 hours prior to the event, then 20% of the total fees will be refunded.

2 days prior to the party, the full payment will be retained.

Any changes required to bookings must be made 72 hours before the party date to be accepted.
