Mountain Creek Swim Club asks that all members and their guests agree to abide by the pool rules at all times. Failure to abide by pool rules could result in membership suspension or revocation.

Mountain Creek Swim Club Pool Rules
The following rules and regulations are for the benefit and protection of all members of Mountain Creek Swim Club (MCSC). They have been established to assure safe and sanitary operation and use of the property, building, pool, and area surrounding the Mountain Creek Swim Club.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
TOBACCO PRODUCTS & VAPING on Mountain Creek Swim Club deck and pavilion is prohibited.
MCSC has a designated smoking area behind the pool pavilion.
GLASS bottles or containers are prohibited inside the gated pool area. This includes the pavilion and any paved or unpaved areas within the fenced perimeter.
Swimming outside the posted designated pool hours (8am-8pm) is prohibited.
Running, boisterous or rough play, except supervised water sports, shall be prohibited in the pool enclosures, pavilion, bathrooms, or other areas.
Hanging or climbing on the front entrance gate is prohibited.
Pets, except seeing- eye dogs, are prohibited in the pool area.
Profane, foul, or abusive language is prohibited. MCSC is a family-oriented recreation facility.
Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior toward any other Member or guest is prohibited.
Spitting, spouting of water, nose blowing, etc., in the pool is strictly prohibited.
Firearms, air guns, slingshots, knives, or other dangerous devices are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
No person will be allowed to loiter in parked cars on the premises.
Swimming is not allowed during thunderstorms. Please allow at least 15-mintues to lapse after a thunder strike before reentering the water.
It is the responsibility of every member to report any violation of the rules to the Board Members of MCSC. Anyone violating the club rules and policies can result in the suspension, and possible revocation of membership by the Board.
GENERAL POOL RULES:
Children younger than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult inside the pool area.
Children under the age of 5 should be accompanied to the restroom by their parents (or person responsible for them).
Parent and/or guardians shall maintain the responsibility to always supervise the actions of their children while on MCSC property.
The wading pool is reserved for children seven years of age and under. Each child in the wading pool must be accompanied by an adult.Revision 4/23/2022
Children not 100% “potty-trained” must wear approved swim diapers covered by snug fitting waterproof plastic/rubber pants. Disposable diapers are not allowed in either pool. Changing of diapers is prohibited on the pool deck or outside of the bathrooms.
All swimmers are required to wear proper swimwear. No cutoffs or street wear is allowed in the pool.
Frisbees or solid objects (e.g., hard balls) that might injure an individual upon impact shall not be thrown in the pool area. Water guns and personal kick boards must be used with caution.
Water guns or any toy/object in the pool based on safety, bather load and/or appropriate use. Only toys which are designed for use in the pool may be used. Weighted items should be dropped and not thrown.
Grill lighting is prohibited within 30 minutes before pool closing time.
No person experiencing diarrhea, or other gastrointestinal (stomach) symptoms is allowed to enter the pool.
MCSC Board Members have authority to take actions necessary to ensure the safety and health of members and guests; having the authority to clear or close the pool during inclement weather or unsafe conditions.
Members and their guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Please pick up any trash you, your children create using the trash and recycling containers provided in the pool areas.
Bicycles must be parked in the racks provided for them in the parking lot.
MCSC will not be responsible for the loss of property or injury.

The last person leaving the premises shall be responsible for seeing that the property and buildings are completely secured. This includes locking the front and back pool gates. Securing the gates is for the safety of the Mountain Creek neighborhood children.
All members must sign in at each visit to the pool.
All members are required to pay guest fees at the time of their visit. Fees can be paid online, by leaving cash or check in the fee box to the left of the pool house counter.
Members are responsible and required to have their guests complete and submit the MCSC Swim At Your Own Risk Guest Waiver.
Members are fiscally responsible for any damage to MCSC property or the MCSC facilities incurred by themselves or their guests.
Members are not permitted to stay in the pool area while a board determined person is cleaning up and closing for the evening. Members and guest are to exit the entire pool area promptly at closing time.
The MCSC board may reserve a portion of the pool or surrounding areas for special events or activities.
Special fees may be assessed to the MCSC membership and their guests for some social events.
DIVING & DEEP END RULES:
No hanging on the diving board.
Hanging or playing on lane lines and/or deep end rope is prohibited.
Only one person on the diving board at a time (including ladder).
Diving is prohibited in areas with water less than 5 feet in depth or in areas designated as “NO DIVING.”
