Pool Rules

Mountain Creek Swim Club asks that all members and their guests agree to abide by the pool rules at all times. Failure to abide by pool rules could result in membership suspension or revocation.

  • Hours of Operation

    The pool is open daily from 8 am - 8 pm.

    All members must sign in at each visit to the pool.

    Members and their guest(s) must vacate the pool promptly at 8 pm.

    During opening hours, the last person leaving the premises shall be responsible for seeing that the property and buildings are completely secured. This includes locking the front and back pool gates. Securing the gates is for the safety of the Mountain Creek neighborhood children.

  • Safety

    Warning! No lifeguard on duty.

    No running, pushing or rough play allowed.

    A telephone is located near the bathrooms.

    No food or drink allowed within FIVE feet of the pool.

    Bathers shall wear proper bathing attire.

    No spitting, spouting, blowing nose or any bodily excretion allowed.

    Anyone with open cuts, wounds, blisters or illness should not used the pool due to risk of infection.

    No person experiencing diarrhea, or other gastrointestinal symptoms is allowed to enter the pool.

    If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or any other communicable illness, DO NOT come to the pool

  • Restrictions & Prohibited Items

    The following are prohibited on the pool deck, the pavilion, parking lot and surrounding pool property:

    GLASS CONTAINERS

    Pets, except for seeing-eye dogs.

    Alcohol is permitted for members and guests 21 or older – plastic, Styrofoam or aluminum containers ONLY.

    Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the back gate. Access codes have been provided.

    Firearms, air guns, knives or other dangerous devices.

  • Member Responsibility

    The pool is open to members only and their guests.

    Members must check in/out using our QR code available at each space for every visit.

    Members are responsible for their guest(s).

    If you are the last person leaving, please lock the pool gate.

    All members have access codes.

  • Guests

    Guest fees are per $5 person. per visit. Fees can be paid with cash, check or PayPal.

    Please indicate Member and Guest name with payment.

    EVERY guest is required to complete the Swim at Your Own Risk Waiver.

    To make the pool more enjoyable for all members, please do not take advantage of our Guest Policy. The policy is not intended to result in members consistently bringing the same Non-Members to the pool on a regular basis. It is also not intended for previous members to drop their membership and come back as a guest.

  • Diving Board & Deep End Area Rules

    Only one person on the board at a time

    Only one bounce allowed before each dive.

    Divers must go straight off the board and exit the diving area immediately.

    No hanging on the diving board or diving area rope.

  • Conduct

    The pool is meant to be a family-friendly space for the enjoyment of all members.

    Personal conduct that infringes on that enjoyment includes, spitting, aggressing behavior, foul language, loud music and other acts that breach common courtesy will not be tolerated.

    We ask all members and guests to treat each other with respect.

  • Children

    Babies and toddlers who are not 100% potty trained MUST wear a swim diaper and plastic/vinyl cover with elastic legs and waist, worn over the diaper, plus a swimsuit over those two items.

    A member who is at least 18 years old MUST accompany any child under the age of 18.

    Parents and/or guardian are responsible for their children at all times.

  • POOL TOYS & GAMES

    Only soft or inflatable balls are permitted.

    No oversized rafts or floats.

    Noodles, squirting toys and throwing toys must be used responsibly.

    Reckless behavior is not tolerated and violators will be asked to leave.

  • CLEAN-UP

    Members are responsible for cleaning their space after each use. Supplies are located on the pool house counter.

    Trash and recycling cans are on the pool deck.

    Close umbrellas and tip chairs back towards the table.

  • Pavilion Rentals & Parties

    The primary member can rent the pavilion for a 3 hour time period (which includes set-up and clean-up) for groups of 10-25 people.

  • Umbrellas & Tables

    Please do not open umbrellas completely.

    Leave a little slack so that they are less susceptive to the wind.

    If you move tables and chairs during your visit, return them to their original spot.
